Refund & Return Policy

At ecoveernai, we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in sellable condition.
The return request is initiated within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is provided.
Returns outside the eligibility window or without valid documentation may be rejected.

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, Groceries)
Personal care products
Custom-made, personalized, or final sale items
Gift cards and digital downloads
Items marked "non-returnable" in the product description

3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@ecoveernai.shop with:
Order ID
Clear photos/videos of the damage or issue
Unboxing video (if requested)
Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on product availability and customer preference.

4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
We will notify you of approval or rejection via email.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
In case of delays, check with your bank or card issuer first.

5. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
In eligible cases, ecoveernai may provide a prepaid return label.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement or before shipment, whichever is earlier.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible—you must proceed with the return process.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
Check your bank or credit card account again.
Contact your bank or payment provider—it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.
